Your receipts
Every gift gets a numbered receipt the moment Paystack confirms it. In the app, they’re under You. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep them together if you change phones. Every receipt, with names removed, is also public under Receipts.
Money left my account, but I can’t see the gift
Wait a minute and open You again: bank transfers and USSD can take a moment to confirm. If it still isn’t there, email us the date, the amount, and the reference that starts with NB- if you have it. If a payment didn’t finish, nothing was taken.
Monthly gifts and Ramadan nights
You can change or stop a monthly gift, or Ramadan nights, in the app under You, at any time. We remind you three days before each monthly charge. When the last plan stops, we delete the saved card.
Delete your account and data
This is for the Nana & Bello app by Nana and Bello Charitable Foundation.
In the app
- Open the app and go to You.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
By email
If you gave as a guest or on the website, or can’t open the app, email info@nanabellocf.org with the subject Delete my data. Send it from the email or phone number you used, or include a receipt number, so we can find your gifts. We reply within 7 days and finish within 30.
What goes
Your name, email, phone number and city, from your giver record, your gifts and our change log. Your monthly and Ramadan plans are cancelled. Your saved card, the names you gave in, your notification tokens and your sign-in are deleted.
What stays
The gifts themselves (amount, date, roof and receipt number), without anything that says who you are. A charity’s books must add up and be checked, so we can’t remove the money from them.
